Upgrade 1.6.4: Enhanced analysis of your client’s Customers and Suppliers

When you next synchronise a client and run reports you will see some changes to our Customer and Supplier Analysis reports which have all been based on the feedback we have received.

The report has been extended to 3 pages, we still analyse the key drivers of Revenue and Costs (transactions, average transaction value, customer acquisition/retention, new/lapsed suppliers), but we have extended the number of customers/suppliers displayed in each section of the report.

We have also added a page to the end of the report displaying a 3-year trend for each of the top 5 customers/suppliers.
